Returned Goods

Customized, assembled & installed products cannot be returned. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. KitchenAndFloorStore.com reserves the right to deny any returns deemed unacceptable. No returns will be accepted after (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. Returned products will be inspected prior to acceptance by KitchenAndFloorStore.com. Upon acceptance of order and completion of the shipment or pick-up, all materials are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must provide the reason for the return prior to KitchenAndFloorStore.com & acceptance of the returned
product. All returned products must be accompanied by the original written and signed contract or invoice receipt provided at time of purchase.

Transportation

The responsibility of KitchenAndFloorStore.com ceases upon delivery of product in good working order to transport companies and all product(s) are shipped at consignee’s risk. Please inspect all product(s) at time of signing freight bill, and have transportation company note any damage incurred in transit. Do not sign for any damaged product(s). All prices are (F.O.B.) point of manufacture or warehouse.

Quotation Of Price

All written quotations of price (“Quote”) made by KitchenAndFloorStore.com will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days, without exception, from the date of the Quote generated by KitchenAndFloorStore.com. KitchenAndFloorStore.com under any circumstance will not honor verbal quotations of price.

Governing Law; Venue And Jurisdiction

All issues concerning the formation, performance, or interpretation of any contract regarding this sale shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any dispute between KitchenAndFloorStore.com and Buyer will be resolved in Florida the prevailing party in that dispute entitled to its costs and reasonable attorneys fees.

Severability Of Terms

If any phrase, clause or provision shall be declared void, the validity of any other provisions shall not be affected there

Shipment And Claim Of Damage

In case of claiming damage and loss in transit for any delivery of FOB, it’s Buyer’s responsibility to claim through the freight broker once the products leaves KitchenAndFloorStore.com’s warehouses. Please refer to KitchenAndFloorStore.com Transportation Policy and the freight company’s claim policies and procedures.
